Tapestry Christian University welcomes transfer students. Sealed official transcripts must be submitted directly to the school from all institutions of learning the student attended after graduation from High School. Transferring students should also include photocopies of all Certifications and non-credit learning in formal settings, such as church training courses, in-service teacher training, workshops, clinics, conferences and conventions, lectures, online courses, and non-credit correspondence courses.

Students with formal education and specialized training may qualify to transfer credits into a Degree program. The granting of transfer credits for students from other institutions will be determined by TCU Admissions.

Transferability

The value of any college degree is subjective and dependent upon many circumstances, conditions, and needs. Most universities, colleges, institutions, schools and agencies have their own specific criteria as to the recognition and acceptability of transferred educational credits.

Tapestry Christian University credits are acceptable at many other good schools, but whether any specific school or agency will accept our credits and/or degrees is quite unpredictable. While TCU cannot be responsible for the decisions and policies of others, is our belief that applicants will find most similar schools will accept transfer credits from Tapestry Christian University. For that reason, any questions regarding the transfer of credits should be directed to those authorities responsible for making such judgments.

Tapestry Christian University makes no guarantee of successful employment, nor does it operate a referral or placement service for employment. A degree from TCU does not guarantee a job or ordination in any specific market or ministry. Although our program is accredited, it is not considered a “regional accreditation”. As such, it is specifically not suited for people pursuing jobs as public school teachers, state professors, state licensed psychologists, or other similar vocations.

Tapestry Christian University is registered with the Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education, and offers the following degrees: Christian Associate of Arts, Christian Associate of Science, Christian Bachelor of Arts, Christian Bachelor of Science, Christian Master of Arts, Christian Master of Science, Christian Doctor of Philosophy, and Christian Doctor of Education. Our degree programs are in the following areas of concentration: Business, Education, Political Science, Social Sciences, Religious Degrees, Christian Vocations and Trades.
